In case of PVT/LLP

- Address Proof Business Place ( Rent Agreement+ Electricity)

GST registration is mandatory in given below of these conditions (all or any one of these)
- Annual turnover/sales more than 20 lakh - This limit is set at Rs 10 lakhs for North Eastern and hilly states flagged as special category states
- Making sales outside your own state
- E-commerce Seller
About GST and GST Registration procedure
GST means Goods and Service Tax. GST is a Single Tax Levied at the time of Consumption of goods and Services. It will replace all indirect taxes levied on goods and services by the Indian Central and State governments. Multiple taxes like VAT, entry tax, Excise duty, Entry tax, Luxury tax, octroi, etc
Any Person crosses the required turnover limit then application for registration must be filed within 30 Days. In case those already having VAT or Service tax registration, migrating procedure would be announced by concerned authorities. The term person includes under GST: Proprietorship, Partnership Firm, HUF, LLP, Private limited Co and any other legal entity
GST Registration number is provided on PAN based and GST Registration number can be used in all states across India.
